The Blues Have Confirm The Signing Of Defender Renedi Masampu

Masampu joins the Club after a successful trial period and has signed a deal until June 2022, and will link up Steve Spooner’s Under-23s team.

The pacy left-back began his footballing education with a two-year stint in Chelsea’s youth team. That move came after he was scouted from the Metropolitan Police Club at just 18-years-old.

At Cobham, Masampu would be part of a Chelsea team that won both the Under-18s Premier League and the FA Youth Cup in his first season.

“It’s a great group – everyone has been extremely welcoming and kind.

“I know what I have to do and I am determined to keep improving.”
